Brazilian Culinary Classes, Group Tour

Cook Rio offers culinary classes for small groups of tourists who wish to uncover the mysteries of Brazilian cuisine. The menu options available for participants are the following: A) Feijoada: caipirinha, pork, feijoada (a stew with meat, black beans, rice, orange, farofa and greens), traditional Brazilian banana dessert. B) Shrimp Moqueca (Bahianan): coconut shake, Shrimp moqueca with rice and farofa, Coconut pudding with plums and peaches. C) Children´s Menu: brigadeiro (Brazilian chocolate dessert), carrot cake with chocolate frosting, and colorful chicken skewers. Classes feature ingredients that are readily available in the United States and Europe so that travelers will be able to recreate the recipes they learned at home. 

Class starts daily at 7:00 p.m. with dinner being served at 9:00 p.m. Bom Comer!!
