Costao do Santinho / Vilas

Located in FLORIANOPOLIS

The Costão do Santinho Vilas cover an area of 1 million sq. meters, of which 75% are designated for an Atlantic Forest reserve, as well as dunes and rocky coastlines. There are a total of 14 villas that preserve the local architecture and identity of Florianópolis. Designed with architectonic lines in the Azorean style and lined with flowered pathways, guests can choose between standard apartments (a studio with a room and a bathroom) or superior apartments with 1, 2 or 3 rooms, with a living room, a kitchen and a balcony.
